Website Disclaimer

This Website Disclaimer applies to the website operated by MEX Transportation Co. LLC under the Mexico City Transportation brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using https://mexicocitytransportation.com/, submitting an inquiry, or using information made available through this website, you acknowledge the terms described below.

1. Our Role and Independent Transportation Providers

Mexico City Transportation is primarily a transportation marketing, inquiry, referral, reservation, and coordination service. We may connect travelers with independent transportation companies, vehicle operators, and drivers that physically perform the requested service. Unless a written confirmation expressly states otherwise, we do not own, operate, control, maintain, or dispatch the vehicle used for a transfer.

Independent transportation providers are responsible for their own vehicles, drivers, licenses, permits, insurance, safety procedures, staffing, route decisions, legal compliance, and performance of the transportation service. We may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation when an inquiry becomes a confirmed or completed booking.

2. Quotes, Rates, Availability, and Confirmations

Website route information, estimated travel times, vehicle descriptions, quote information, and availability are provided for general planning purposes and may change. A quote or inquiry response does not guarantee availability and does not create a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required booking steps have been completed and you receive written confirmation. The price, currency, passenger capacity, luggage allowance, pickup instructions, cancellation terms, waiting-time rules, and other details contained in the final written confirmation or transaction-specific terms control the booking.

3. Transportation Times, Routes, and Service Conditions

Travel times, distances, pickup windows, and arrival estimates are approximate. They may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, construction, accidents, police activity, airport or port operations, flight changes, passenger readiness, road closures, demonstrations, government action, and other conditions outside our reasonable control or the provider’s reasonable control.

A particular route, vehicle make, model, color, configuration, or driver is not guaranteed unless it is specifically confirmed in writing. A comparable vehicle may be used when operationally necessary, subject to the confirmed passenger and luggage requirements.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:

• Correct pickup and drop-off locations.
• Accurate travel dates, local pickup times, flight details, and contact information.
• The total number of passengers and the amount and type of luggage.
• Child-seat, accessibility, mobility, oversized-item, or other special requirements.
• A working telephone or messaging contact that can be reached before and during the service.

You are also responsible for allowing sufficient travel time for airport, hotel, event, or other deadlines. We do not provide immigration, customs, airline, medical, legal, or travel-document advice, and we do not guarantee that a chosen pickup time will satisfy a third party’s check-in or departure requirements.

5. Payments and Third-Party Booking Systems

Payments may be processed through an independent payment processor or reservation platform. Those providers control their own checkout environment, security procedures, transaction processing, and privacy practices. Payment authorization, declined transactions, currency conversion, bank fees, chargebacks, and payment-platform availability may be subject to the processor’s terms.

6. Cancellations, Changes, Refunds, and Service Issues

Cancellation, modification, no-show, waiting-time, refund, and service-recovery rules may vary by booking and transportation provider. The terms communicated with your quote, payment request, reservation confirmation, or provider documentation apply to the affected service.

Service concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible using the contact information supplied with the reservation so that the provider and our support team have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

7. Website Information and No Professional Advice

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and current, but we do not warrant that every page, price, route, policy, image, map, schedule, description, or other item will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from typographical or technical errors. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, medical, immigration, safety, or other professional advice.

8. Maps, Images, and Destination Content

Maps, route graphics, photographs, vehicle images, and destination descriptions are illustrative. Map data and embedded services may be supplied by third parties. Images may show representative vehicles, locations, or experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an exact vehicle, route, view, property, amenity, or travel condition.

9. External Links, Affiliate Links, and Third-Party Services

The website may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment pages, maps, review services, social networks, booking tools, payment services, or other offers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, policies, products, or services.

Some links may be referral or affiliate links. We may receive a commission or other compensation if you make a purchase or reservation through such a link, generally without changing the price you pay. A link or commercial relationship does not eliminate the need to review the third party’s own terms, cancellation policy, and privacy notice.

10. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the people who submitted them. Results and service experiences can vary by provider, route, travel conditions, and booking circumstances. A review or testimonial does not guarantee that another customer will receive the same result. Material relationships connected to an endorsement should be disclosed where required.

11. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither we nor an independent transportation provider is responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside the affected party’s reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, major traffic incidents, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, airport closures, telecommunications failures, or comparable events. This section does not excuse obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties relating to the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and freedom from errors or harmful components. This does not limit any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEX Transportation Co. LLC, the website brand, and their owners, personnel, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on website information, or acts or omissions of an independent transportation provider or third-party service.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, death, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in this disclaimer waives mandatory consumer rights.

14. Relationship to Booking and Provider Terms

This page is a website disclaimer and is not a complete set of booking terms. Additional terms may be supplied with a quote, payment request, confirmation, or by the transportation provider or payment processor. For a specific transaction, those transaction-specific terms govern to the extent they conflict with general website information, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This disclaimer is intended to be interpreted under the laws that lawfully apply to the website operator, the transaction, the customer, and the location where a service is performed. Transportation performed in Mexico may be subject to Mexican law and provider-specific obligations. Nothing on this page restricts rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may revise this disclaimer when our website, business practices, provider relationships, or legal obligations change. The updated version becomes effective when posted, and the revision date at the top of the page will be changed.
